Fix and Flip Construction

  • No junk fees
  • We lend up to 70% LTV of ARV
  • We fund 95% LTC of the purchase price
  • We fund 100% of the rehabbing escrow
  • 10% fixed interest rate (depending on experience) and 1-3 points
  • Term is 6 months all interest paid upon resale
  • $75 charge per construction draw
  • Minimum amount lent $100,000
  • ​Maximum ARV $400k
  • Loan will be secured by a first position Deed of Trust
  • Second lien position considered on case by case 

transactional funding

  • No credit application and NO credit check required
  • NO points, and NO junk fees
  • 3% of total loan
  • Minimum amount $100,000
    • ​less then $100,000 will be considered case by case
  • Maximum loan term is 14 calendar days
